When should I RSVP?

What should I wear?

Friday attire is dressy casual/western-chic encouraged — think sundresses, jumpsuits, button downs, pants. Break out your cowboy hats, boots, denim, fringe, leather. It’s not a requirement, just something to be inspired by!

Saturday attire is formal — think midi/maxi dresses and suits (tie optional). Wear whatever color makes you feel fabulous! The ceremony will be outside and the reception will be in an open-air tent, so bring an extra layer. We also recommend wearing shoes you’ll be comfortable walking on grass or uneven ground.

Are kids welcome?

As much as we love little ones, we will be having an adults-only wedding and reception. A few recommended child care service options:

What is the weather like in Tahoe in August?

The weather is beautiful in August! Expect day time temperatures in the 70-80’s and evening temperatures to cool down to the 50’s.

Are the wedding ceremony and reception in the same location?

Yes! The wedding ceremony, reception, and after party will all be held at Everline.

Will transportation be provided to any of the events?

Transportation will not be provided to any of the events. We have a hotel block at the wedding venue so guests can avoid worrying about transportation the day of. If you aren’t staying at the hotel, we recommend the following transportation options:

• Taxi: Make an advanced reservation: Tahoe Elite, Tahoe Thunder Taxi, Tahoe Sierra Transportation.

• Uber/Lyft: Not widely available, so we recommend booking in advance.

• Personal Car: There is plenty of parking at the welcome party and wedding venue if you prefer to drive yourself.
